We aim to dispatch all orders within 8 - 10 working days., items are made to order and may take time to complete If there will be any delay with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. 


We regularly update the availability of stock. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available. All orders are accepted as subject to availability. In the event that an item ordered is not available a full refund will be made. 


Carriage charges to addresses within the United Kingdom

Delivery is free if order is over £75
Delivery is £5.00 per item to UK Mainland addresses with the exception of outlying postcodes.  

UK Outlying areas

Our courier regards the following postcodes as being outlying areas. If your postcode starts with these letters, please choose 'Highlands and Islands' as your shipping area. A charge will be made to deliver to these areas and this will be displayed once you have selected 'Highlands and Islands' shipping area.

When an order is placed by you online, your credit/debit card is debited to the full value of the order. 

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order 
Upon placing an order you will receive an automated email setting out the details of the order and allocating an order number. We will email you again to confirm dispatch details. 

Cancellation & Return 

Cotswold Marble is a UK based website and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the legal right to cancel your order for most items within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. Reasonable care means that they have not been used in a manner other than which you would have examined the goods in a shop prior to purchase. Items cancelled before they are dispatched will have all costs refunded. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs if they cancel an order after they have been posted i.e. the costs of the goods only will be refunded. 

Defective items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 7 days by email or phone. Please include original order number and explain defect. we will need a photo of the damage

We will endeavor to resolve the problem and find the most appropriate remedy i.e. replacement or refund.

Exchange of Goods

New items returned because we have posted the wrong item 
If we have sent you an item which is different from what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning the item.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned along with the original packaging where possible.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card. We can only refund the cost of Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note and postage receipt.

Every effort is made to ensure that all information is correct, accurate and informative.  If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect, please see our returns section.
